On December 14, 2024 at 11:00 am, True Patriots Care will be helping Dundee Township Cemeteries East & West to Remember and Honor our veterans by laying Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country’s fallen heroes.
Please help us honor and remember as many fallen heroes as possible by sponsoring remembrance wreaths, volunteering on Wreaths Day, or inviting your family and friends to attend with you.

How it Works
1. Sign up: Complete the Sponsorship Group Sign-Up Form. Processing takes 2-3 business days.
2. Get Started: Receive a welcome email with your Group ID and all the information you need to get started.
3. Spread the Word: Reach out to those within your community and loved ones to gather sponsorships.
4. Stay Informed: Receive regular updates and support from headquarters.

What Does it Mean to Sponsor a Wreath?
Sponsoring a veteran’s wreath honors and remembers the sacrifices made so we can be free. Each wreath purchased will be placed on an American hero’s grave to ensure their legacy of duty is never forgotten. Help us reach our goal of honoring those who served, remember those who have fallen, and teach the next generation the value of freedom.
