True Patriots Care along with American Legion Post 679 presented The 2024 Wall That Heals Vietnam Memorial

On December 16, 2023 at 11:00 am, Wreaths Across America was held at the East & West Dundee Township Cemeteries to Remember and Honor our veterans through the laying of Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country’s fallen heroes.

Thanks everyone for participating!

The 5K will be held rain or shine. Early packet pickup will be held Friday, May 20th from 3pm to 6:30pm at Panton Mill Park.
